HP-3000 compatibilty features.

Macros.

When the HP-3000 compatibility option is enabled, the Kobol compiler supports HP-3000 style macros.

This includes support for the $DEFINE and the $PREPROCESSOR directive (KEYCHAR, PARMCHAR, DELIMITER parameters) and for macros with and without parameters.

Nested macro calls are also supported.
