Random files.

When the HP-3000 compatibility option is enabled, the Kobol compiler supports random files. These files are characterized by the presence of an ACTUAL KEY clause in the SELECT statement.

Kobol implements random files as byte streams, without any explicit record structure. The record size will be determined by the size of the largest record in the FD declaration or by the RECORD CONTAINS clause.
